Spanish language, OM and YL talking

Sounds like a possible radiotelephone link as both the OM and YL have been talking over each other, almost like a heated discussion...several curse words (in Spanish of course) heard being said by the OM...then the frequency went quiet.  Frequency is active again as of 1322 UTC.
