There seemed to be good conditions today for reception here in Calif. PCO faded up to easy readibility a few times around 1520 PST.. GNK was in the mix, and a few signals around the 13.555 zone including USC and WM

Ed as you know PCO is connected to a 1/4 wave vert. Ant. It had 24 radials initially. The mule deer come into my yard every night and the thin radials break
when the deer have contact with them. As time goes along I will put a heavier gage wire down to replace the destroyed radials. The other day I picked up and removed the broken radials leaving me 14 radials. 14 radials probably aren't any better then 8 radials LOL. So I was glad to get a report on PCO from you. PCO sits down in a pinched in valley located about 40 miles SW of Denver. It is amazing that anyone ever hears it. That said , people have to listen for it if it is to be heard.

Happy Birthday PCO :)
I believe I caught a feint trace at the correct frequency during a brief chance to listen on Saturday (21 April ~ 20:00 UTC). Alas, not the usual audible signal I have been fortunate to receive.
