UNID 6925 AM S1 in NY

0430: For sure someone is on in AM, can hear some weak music in USB. Not even moving my meter though

Believe that may be RCW in Chile, was picking it up also with occasional music

I have monitored same here in SC, but earlier maybe about 0000UTC. It was also in fading not really readable.
