(I heard this station once back in the 1980's!)
2018 UTC Faded deep into the noise  :(

S3 peaks on the longwire, poor copy so far.  Carrier is a little wobbly and LSB is a little stronger than USB.

2029z Lots of fading and peskie qrm on PA websdr. Plus the audio sounds weird.

 Carrier is only wobble that lets me know, there is somebody out there. Now, a little music surfacing at 2036 UTC :o
