Some intermittent strange chatter, almost like a numbers station.

This band is a pirate ham or cb space for some I guess. Well make use of the space.

6895 kHz is pretty active with Spanish speaking freebanders.  Most of them start at 6900 kHz, usually 6900 LSB - and if they want to get away from the QRM on that frequency they'll go 5 kHz up or 5 kHz down.  Just like freeband CB radio on 11 meters.  Sometimes I'll see 6895, 6900, 6905 and 6910 all active in Spanish.
