0017 hearing synthesized OM voice over music, but can't understand it. Sounds like CNR but not good enough on ID to call it.

S7 with fades on a NY SDR - 3Khz audio
presumed CNR (recognize the DJ style)
0011z - interesting electronic song, reminds me of "The Matrix"
lots of nice low end frequencies down to 60Hz
0019z - synth voice "goodbye to the relay station seven three radio" - then silence - not sure if i heard that correctly though

Caught tail end of show with "Mother" by John Lennon.
Afterward male voce saying " Goodbye,,,?...relay  seven three radio" repeateded several times.
Very good signal w/sign off @ 0019.
