S5-7 SIO 4-3-3 from online SDR in Fair Hill Maryland that uses a Wellbrook 1530 Loop. 

Heard since 2302 all instrumentals, mostly clarinet and trumpet.  Signal noticeably stronger after 2315. Can't identify any songs and haven't copied an ID.  Off at 2329.
