Radio Free Euphoria with a weak signal (just above S7 noise level) 35343

0251 - ID given "Radio Free Euphoria"
0254 - sounded like Captain Ganja stated this was their 2008 Holiday Special
0256 - talking about the 2006 SWL Winterfest
0302 - ID again

I think this is the same station that I heard doing the WBCQ relay earlier.  It's been there all evening.  Still doing RFE program at 0720z with a respectable signal.  Another WBCQ ID at 0724.

0932z: Radio Free Euphoria ID, can't quite identify the programming material/songs.  Fair signal via Gulch receiver, which seems to be tuned to sideband so pitch is a little wonky.  Not a peep of a carrier or audio via my own receiver, or web controlled Drake R8 in VA.

This broadcast never ends! The signal is right at my noise level with deep fading.
I agree that this is probably a continuation of the WBCQ relay.

1415 - RFE ID (at least they ID plenty of times)
1419 - music playing but too weak to tell what song it is
