St Paul from the great beyond? Ran the decodes on my other machine and it came up with a decode at 05:19:30 (but not 06:19:45). Usually the fake decodes don't repeat like this, but in this case it did. I very highly doubt that the USCG put St Paul back on the air at 05:19:30 (00:19:30 CDT) for a single decode. Possible, sure, but unlikely.

My guess is it was static from all the storms down south. I got half a dozen from Australia last night, including some fairly closely spaced. Just noise.
