UnId (WNBC), 6920 USB, 2351, 3.23.18. Radio jingle of a song bite looped until 0000, several songs by Bon Jovi, "Those were the days,", ID, ads, other songs, weather forecast and ads, "The lion sleeps tonight," some talk by the DJ, "Pretty woman," ID, 0028 accurate time check with mention of shortwave into more music and ID's for WNBC with a particularly clear ID about 0035.
Fair reception until about 2358 when it came up and stayed good; 9+10 for most of it.
I was at a cold, early season outdoors mini DXpedition at a local park with 2 radio friends. One of their radios took a spill and was damaged while the broadcast was going on, so in the chaos I didn't get all the details.
This on a Tecsun 800 and Kaito K31 antenna at Lake Farm County Park just outside Madison, Wi.

I had the same details for this log as Mark, including a very clear WNBC ID and a news report that could have easily been current... until it mentioned Noriega. Cold mini-DXpedition is right, brrrrr! And it was my radio that took a spill, to my thorough dismay. Argh! :( I don't recommend balancing your PL-660 on its edge, even if you *do* need to warm up frozen fingers. The random little metal foot that appears to be enough to keep the thing steady... is not. It will end in disaster to the tune of a nonfunctional volume knob, or worse.
