Uncharacteristically strong signal received in mid North Central USA. Transmitting on 9680 KHZ @ 13:50 UTC (08:50 CDT Local) from Tamsui, Taiwan site. News and discussion in Mandarin with male and female announcers . SINPO: 4-2-3-3-3 Slight splatter from CRI's Russian broadcast on 9675 but was able to null that out with antenna attenuation.
