11530 KHZ  @ 15: 55 UTC 19 Dec 20 in Kurdish with YM narrative .   Short musical break @ 15:59 then back to 2 YM in discussion on multiple topics @ 16:02  with 5 second pauses between features.   Steady, reasonably strong  signal out of Issoudun targeting Middle East.
