I posted this in the "Other" section but I would also like to see if we could get a translation of this audio.  I understand that it is in Russian, but to determine if it is Military or fishermen or something more nefarious?

ITU HF duplex maritime radiotelephone channel No. 1217 (coast transmit frequency).
