Well, I note reception of this signal at 1940 UTC on a number of online SDRs, including in Switzerland, but absolutely no signal at my QTH in N England at all, in fact, I must be in almost everyone's skip zone tonight, which is not difficult to be at the moment considering the propagation conditions
