SINPO 23322 on SDR in central Germany at 2110 UTC. Poor antenna on this SDR.

Propagation conditions are good here tonight, Kay, so yes, must be a poor remote SDR antenna.  Online SDR  antennas can vary greatly in quality.  ... when you construct your own antenna at home..... you know exactly what you have ;-)
