I am hearing a man speaking and using the word god in his speech. I believe this is Radio YHWH this evening at 03:50UTC signal is fair to good but there are static clashes also, better than usual!

Yes that was him.  Up out of nowhere & in mid sentence at 0325z with typical ranting & raving.
