And caught later on 9730 in English @ 03:22.  SINPO: 4-4-3-4-4

In EE from 2030z 10 Sept 2018 just at the noise level in a Kp= 5 storm on 13650 kHz to the West Coast USA

They report being available on Eutelsat 16A, (16.0°E) but unfortunately not on any birds in range here :(
