0135 UTC - Station ID was difficult to understand.
0140 UTC - King Kong Radio ID, got it.

Tuned in at 0131utc, fair sig with some static, rock music that sounds like comedy. At 0139 heard ID as King Kong Radio, now hear beach boys singing "catch a wave."

+30 with gain lowered a lot. Very very loud, very clear audio of techno music. IDs before this song. Thanks for the broadcast and format. Sounds good.
