Great signal here on 6105 @ 03:30 in Japanese.   Sounded like a live music talent show:  Flute solo (applause),  Guitar solo (applause).   Male announcer doing the commentary and interviews

Target: According to SKYWAVE, target is Central America but that seems strange.
