2226 I have a weak carrier, no audio. Not sure if this is a pirate or not.

A blank carrier on 6261.5 was already there at 1930, disturbing R. Cuckoo


Some blank carriers here could be pirate radios, lulu kind and "in the woods", they can go wrong, and the carrier remains on the air till the battery is empty...
