Title: Bitch Radio and Piratesweek 6950 AM (via Northern Relay Service?)

2150z-2203z: Heard ID's for "Bitch Radio", sounded like loops of man and woman repeating something.  Very difficult copy due to QRM from utility or data signals and QRN from static crashes.  At top of hour heard what sounded like pitch-shifted voice mentioning Northern Relay Service and something about logging to the FRN, presumably this is relay via NRS.  Followed by Ragnar's Piratesweek podcast, but still very difficult copy due to ute or data QRM and static crashes.
2235z: Copy nearly impossible due to heavy static crashes and ute/data QRM, sounded like pitch-shifted voice again mentioning Northern Relay Service, presumably relay of NRS or a fan of NRS.

Only audible via remote tuner in Ohio, inaudible here at home.

Hearing Ragnar's Pirate's Week since about 2207z.  Good signal on fade ups, long slow fades to the noise level.  I haven't heard an ID.  Commander Bunny bashing the NRS at 2234.  WBNY Relay Service ID at 2235.
