Title: Eye Radio, 11620 AM, 0430 UTC, 03 AUG 2018

This might belong in SWBC, but from my best recollection Eye Radio ("Your Eye on South Sudan") is considered to be a clandestine station. It's been off the air for a while but is back with a vengeance tonight, S9 +10 from an unknown location, but my guesses are Issoudun, SMG (Vatican), or Madagascar (which can give me some booming signals, such as the concurrent BBC relay on 9915.

Positive ID at 0435 and again at 0450. QRT at 0500. It had faded down to S7-S8 levels, reinforcing my impression that it wasn't originating from a North American tx.

Yes definitely considered a clandestine - had been silent since end of A17 if my memory is correct - which is questionable at best lately....
