Strange propagation this afternoon, heard All India Radio 15.030MHz in Kannada language at 0254z peaking 5X9 report, other than three Chinese stations further up the band that was all. Strange that India in this early in my afternoon.
AIR web site indicates 500Kw transmitter at Bengaluru, India.
