Finally advancing from August 24's numbers, but apparently by just five days given that there are still two old number groups whose final digit are +5 from what they were before. 36137681.txt appears to be unencrypted Chinese characters.
**Signal on 11435 was up and down today and I wasn't able to get the last new file well enough at any time. Also, the signal cut out at 1649, just as they were about to send that last file for the last time that hour. This file was finally received during the 1700 broadcast.
