Found him on a new frequency.

He was back on the 7465 kHz frequency tonight (Sept. 22 UTC) when I tuned in around 0215 UTC. A weak signal, completely buried at times by the static and hiss noise floor as sunset hit here.

S6-S8 tonight into West Michigan

02:35 First time logging YHWH. I can hear a male voice talking but that's about it. 73 from WNY.

Good carrier into Western Ontario @0300 UTC 22 Sept 2017 but modulation is very, very low. I'm not even sure that I heard any.
TX off at 0322 UTC.

Is this the same YHWH that has a curtain array off a certain interstate in a certain NE state (and if memory serves, signs advertising 'home of YHWH' or something like that....)?
Tried to pull up the FCC record and it looks like their license has expired....
Always wanted to log this station, just for the oddity factor....

I believe you're thinking of the once-licensed WMLK, which was operated by the Assemblies of Yahweh out of that NE state that I've driven through many times.
Previously published reports (I'm not speculating or trying to get him in trouble) say this YHWH guy--it's always just the same guy on the air--is somewhere much farther west on the continent. I believe he has even referred to that general location on air before.

WMLK had a fire at their transmitter site, and are trying to get back on the air. They are not far from me, their transmitter site is right along I-78 near Bethel PA. They've actually had a series of misfortunes, besides the fire also a destructive thunderstorm, and I think an ice storm that took down their antenna. I've not heard reports of locusts or frogs raining down on them - yet.
