Recording catch.
Weak music in the noise, S3 and poor copy.  Came on just before the 6932 station went off.
0008 - off.  was mostly just a carrier here at this point

This is the UNID South American pirate that has been active since around the beginning of the year. Likely from Argentina, but this is speculation.  The way to "ID" it is by frequency. Usually it plays regional music, but sometimes general pop/rock. One evening they were playing nonstop songs by The Carpenters.
