Heard on 3480/3930/4450/4557/6520/6600, 3930 was strongest, jammers noted on all frequencies. 3910 Might have been there as well, but too much ham QRM to tell.

Lots of frequencies for a clandestine station.  Who/where is Voice of The People beamed or directed at?  Considering the jamming I would presume North Korea or China?

From South Korea to DPR - yes, lots of frequencies - not unlike Sound of Hope.
