With music, then ID's by woman as "Dear listeners, this is Radio ________in .....Europe, back after a very very long time, exactly 8 years.  Radio ______ is one of the main stations without a transmitter, and also without a _______. Please write us again.  You are very very welcome here, and now more music."

1849 not heard here now.

Probably an other station, as Radio Dummyload was reported this year or last year.
Of course, maybe there are two stations using the same name....

added at 2037 : could have been a replay of an old programme

Sources in the "network" say it was actually Radio Dummyload, though the ID did not sound like it.
