Ralf,

UTC means Universal Time Coordinated. It's something quite quite close to the solar time of the Greenwich meridian, formerly known as GMT (for any practical purposes, the differences are negligible).

What is not negligible is your use of 'UTC' for the current summer CET (Central European Time)
CET in summer time is UTC + 2 hours
CET in winter time is UTC + 1 hour
