Yes, that is Radio Paisano, congrats on hearing them.
-
S5-7 here in north Alabama. First time I've heard this station. Thanks for the show!
-
S8 here in NY. Old timey paisanos at 2225z
Peaks to S9+10, staying between that and S9. Loving this!
Off @ 2255
-
S7 @ 2227 with comedy bit.
-
Pretty good signal and good music. Thanks a lot Radio Piasano!
-
Carrier but nothing else out here in Colorado, so I'm tuned into Chris's kiwi SDR (Westminster MD) where I've got a great signal courtesy of the big man himself. Thanks for the show!
2238 Radio Paisano email address given
2251 here's one I recognize - "Mambo Italiano"
2252 OM "arrivederci" and marching music that may be the Italian national anthem (just guessing)
2254 "Mama mia, that's a spicy meatball" QRT, followed by a brief exclamation (station back on the air for less than a second)
No doubt this is a special station for Columbus Day. Can anyone confirm? I have no record of them from the past couple of years.

Radio Paisano 6950 kHz AM, 2226 UTC, 10/8/18
Italian-American stand-up comedian at 2226 UTC,
signal very readable at S-7
2228 UTC- song "Momma how I miss your (various Italian food items)"
followed by more Italian/accented music.
Best listening I've had all year due to horrific local noise, via Chris's Maryland kiwiSDR.
-
2249 UTC "Mambo Italiano"-Bette Midler (Signal just above the noise here with some nice S5 peaks on 6950.7ish) followed by an Italian anthem and finally "Mama Mia That's A Spicy Meatball" and OFF
Darn....missed most of the show again!
Somebody came up after the end of the broadcast with a big "Hello"
-
Anybody catch the email for this, or have it?
I got "Radio Paisano at---" when the signal dropped out.
-
Hey JP! The email address for Radio Paisano is radiopaisano@gmail.com
-
Heard same with email address given at one point, Italian song,
and just before sign off, an them, followed by
"Mama mia, that's a spicy meatball"
Thanks for the tips on this -- hoping for eQSL!
