Title: WTF Shortwave 6960 USB 2329 UTC 13 OCT 2018

2329 not very strong, sounds like rock or blues music
2333 ID (thanks to Refmo who heard it clearly) into more rock
2345 signal seems low everywhere. I tried various online SDR's east of the Mississippi to little avail.

Tuned in at 2331utc, fair signal overriding noise, rock music, but voice announcement at noise level, male announcer said WTF, signal fading away now at 2336utc.

Decent signal here in Western South Carolina with Kenneth on WTF at 23:34UTC signal level is S9! Can not identify the music!
