9410 KHZ @ 21:32 UTC 26 Oct 18 (16:32 cdt local) in English.   Standard news service narrative but unable to nail down whether the target was West Africa out of Ascension Island or Central Africa out of Wooferton.

At 2100z it's Acsension according to link below.  Type in 9410 if it does not show up already.
