Noted at 1620 UTC via Czech Kiwi site, with 'Aan De Kust' by Blof, signal fair to good with significant fading.   ID confirmed via chat.

Listenable - but not great - on SDRs in UK. SINPO 23233 at 1715 UTC.

Pretty good on Ireland-based Kiwi site, with signal improving as of 1730 UTC
