1800 S3 CARRIER.  HAD A CW INTRO.  SOME FAINT SOUND.
0211 S3-S4 SOME AUDIO OF A RADIO SHOW.

1806 UTC - Hearing faint audio, sounds like a broadcast of an old radio show.

1829 - cw ID, "de ion radio" then back to the show
1843 - cw ID, "de ion radio" then back to the show

1835z Radio show, about Dracula or vampires. Fairly weak in DC area.

Signal is there but it is in the mud today at 18:47UTC listening with male voice in the background some music!
