Charleston usually comes on the air a few minutes before 1800 utc

1759 ID, very weak
1805 that's even an extra-weak signal tonight, some music heard
1912 far stronger now, fair with some fading, W retro singer
1915 "La bella romanina", 1917 ID, 1918 bit of comedy, music from movie ?
1921 ID, more music
(2020 no signal)
2046 trace of music

I was worried that UTIL had chased them out of this FRQ, and they have not found a new one yet.
Today (10 Nov.) at 2000 UTC,  channel is clean and SINPO 45444
