Title: For the coffee aficionados

I was never a coffee snob, I still will drink anything that gets me going and tastes decent. However, while traveling through the northern part of the Land of Enchantment over a decade ago, I was introduced to New Mexico Pinon Coffee - I go out of my way for this coffee.  I used to find it at Trader Joe's, now I order online.  My two favorites are the traditional piñon and Mexican spiced chocolate.  I have no connection to them other than being a very satisfied customer.  Who would have known that piñon nuts would blend so well with coffee beans?

You will never know coffee nirvana until you try that coffee made from beans passed by some jungle cat. Or so I've heard. I was a barista for a decade and never had any cat poop coffee.
