Title: Channel 292 6070 & 7440 are off 03_09 dec 2018

Channel 292 has cancelled all transmission for this week, 03 to 09 dec 2018,
on both 6070 and 7440 kHz. (No reason given, maybe more works).

So it's time to check what else is on those frequencies.
