I have carriers at 9800 and 11650, with some trace audio at 11650. On Chris's SDR, 6080 is really strong, SIO 555, while 9800 is good.

EDIT:
At 2100 all broadcasts QSY'd to new frequencies. The beam that was on 6080 is now on 6145, still very strong into Maryland. I think I have something of a signal at 9830 but of course the RTTY at that frequency is killing it. Other frequencies in use now include 9650 (occupied by Radio Guinea) and 9720 (completely drowned out by RHC). There's no chance of catching the 49m broadcasts here at this time, but maybe when it gets closer to the end of the transmission at 2300.

I have had it very strong since 2100 utc on 6145, 6155, and 9830.  Currently (2125), children's choir with "Silent Night" in German.
