Copying both in Denver this evening - Europe seems to be more open than is usual in my location, since I got an actual audible copy on Voice of Turkey on 6125 during their 0400 broadcast to Western North America, usually a carrier at best for me.

6155 (Moosbrunn tx) is the stronger NHK signal, SIO 322 (decent signal but QRM from RHC 6165 and other noise, probably locally sourced) while 7410 (Issoudun tx) is clear but weaker, about SIO 131.
