Radio Aparecida noted with decente signal on the variable frequency above 9630, from
2230 when they had several IDs with program continuing toward 2300 UTC.  This is a 10 KW
transmitter in Brazil.

I've got them with an unusually fair signal here as of 2257 UTC, though it's fading in and out a little.

Thanks for the heads up! I wouldn't have checked that frequency right now otherwise.

Also have them @ 0001   with a fair signal  -music and OM
