Title: 10008.8 kHz USB UNID Language Possible Island Peskies 1950 UTC 6 Jan 2019

10008.8 kHz, originally had them tuned on 10009 kHz.  USB voice.  Weak OM chatter heard, I think its the Jamaican like accented chatter heard on the 43 meter band...maybe not though because of the poor signals.

I just stumbled across this at 2120z on 10 September but actually tune it in on 10008.9 kHz USB.  At first I thought it was another Spanish speaking peskie but it's clearly not Spanish, nor is it French but possibly some regional dialect. When strongest it almost sounds like an Asian speaking.  I hear several male voices, some stronger than others.  Curious.
