Came across a weak dasher 8520 Khz right now at  0027 UTC

Any ideas??

Yes I have it here in and out with static crashes Chris

just tuned up to 8520 (cw mode) and have the dasher in there with a pretty decent signal.
I wonder who belongs to this??
