Another night out with radios.  Broadcast, sounded like Low German (but could be anything-- I only made out one word, Melody, in the entire spiel of speak), with a cover of The Beatles' Hello, Hello.

Language didn't sound English, though.  Low German is a guess.  Also had a rather upbeat song after some speaking, than more speech, with a female bantering back, then signed off around 0456.

I haven't checked out their full sked, but on a quick search, I see that HCJB uses 11920 kHz and they do broadcast in low German

Alright, thanks.  I did check that one Excel sheet and didn't find anything matching, so I missed it.  Thank you.  :)
