up and down - audio barely coming in at

Signal was fading and out from 1602 to 1735 but hear a bumper similar via YL sort of like a old PAMS id mentioning something like'Radio Discovery' @ 1731

Discovery back again on 6,375 straight music noted at 1756 UTC through 1810.
They give an email address but have not yet eQSLd.... :'(
Operator says he doesn't yet have a QSL made up (though they ask for reports and give their email address)

I had the same reply. I understood also they have a problem with their name, already used by an international TV network.
