Heard:
1745  heard 'Hotel California' - Eagles
1751  heard Metalica 'Nothing Else Matter' signal with static and fades and buzzing and whistling
1753  Heard OM speaking but was breaking up here due to conditions
1755 lost in static and fades

SINPO:22222 with signal with static and fades and buzzing and whistling

Is "1642 utc" in the subject exact ? Or is it a typo for 1742 ?
