7803 kHz 7.803 MHz LSB voice, SS Spanish speaker.  OM talking about Julia, Roberto, and Fernando.  Second station is possibly Fernando.  Very good signals at 2223 UTC tune-in time.  Lots of stations in the 7-8 MHz region this evening, probably good propagation south of the border down through the Caribbean and South America right now.
