I am posting this for another ham without email capabilities. There have been complaints about a broadcaster (KVOH) Los Angeles transmitting spurious emissions on 17m. I don't notice it so much as I typically operate CW. If anyone has any knowledge of this please provide feedback. If this is not the correct category please feel free to move it on the forum. Thanks
