Straight oldies U.S. rock from about 1815 tune in -- finally ID as Wilskracht...in Netherlands

on 3905.1+
1856 music, then a song in E in 50's style (by M + kids choir), 1859 some C&W, 1902 boogie,
allo, talking in D,  also in E, no copy (sounded like a closedown coming on), remaining of song,
1904 R&R girl? singer, more early R&R, but with fading and much noise here, 1910
1914 talking in D, I think i heard 'Parde(n)kracht', but not sure, 1916 music, 1917 off
