Hearing some weak distorted music here at 0002 UTC.
0003 UTC Sounds like an announcer now, but very tough to hear
Signal seems to be spread out from 6900-6930....hmmm....no apparent carrier
Maybe this is some kind of spur from frequency unknown?
Serious FMing whatever this is....oh well

 ;D ;D Was hearing similar here, but because we have THE FIRST LIGHTNING storm of 19. Not good copy.
