Program name is "This is a music show "  .   I was preoccupied with reading and half listening- blasphemy , but seemed interesting with a laid back DJ playing some nice music . The very end tune being Eroc/ Tontillion according to the Shazam hit. Also sending out SSTV or related mode  different from Scottie anyway. 
QRT was 200 UT running immediately back into prophecy from Walterboro.
Worth checking out again , I did not catch specifics

Nice. 5850 is a great frequency out where I live, and I haven't had much on Wednesday evenings to listen for outside of the usual pirate and DX hunts. I was occupied this week but I'll try to remember to check it out next time.
